Subscription Policy - No Refunds

Thank you for joining our community. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

All sales are final

Due to the digital nature of our subscription, which includes immediate access to our magazine content, community, and member resources, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@glowithin.com.au or under 'Subscription Management' in your profile. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to your membership until that date. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time remaining in your billing cycle.

Billing disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at info@glowithin.com.au, and we will investigate promptly.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a service is not provided with due care and skill, or is not fit for the purpose described, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL. This policy does not override those statutory rights.
